My day job

I have a dream job as an executive editor for a book packager that makes beautiful books, including lots of cookbooks. However, I work on everything except cookbooks (although I had the honor of commissioning recipes from Lou Seibert Pappas for the Hallmark book Home for the Holidays).

Among my favorite are the books I’ve created for Gymboree.

I adore this series of  board books. I worked with a linguist to provide Spanish, French, German, and Italian translations with phonetics for the Colors, Numbers, and Shapes books. An Alphabet book completes the set.

For wrap-and-go birthday presents. I’m partial to  Music Play (comes with maracas) because Carter modeled for it. Other options: Dance Play (comes with movement scarves), and Face Painting. On a Pirate Ship and In a Princess Castle are kits that come with giant color-in posters, stickers, and crayons.
